"During a heat wave in August with temps in the 90s, our air conditioner went out. We had a technician come out on Monday morning who recommended replacement of our unit. I purchased the Enhanced Service Plan for $250 which would provide two annual maintenance services. I was told that the office would call us back with an estimate. Near the end of the day, we called and asked for an estimate and were told we would receive one in the morning. We waited until after noon on Tuesday to make a decision on which company to go with after receiving 2 other estimates. Given the heat wave and having not received an estimate from Mark IV at that time, we decided to go with a company. I emailed asking if I could receive a refund on the Enhanced Service Plan due to the untimely estimate and the company we ended up going with requiring us to use their service for the first year for warranty purposes. I never received a reply or a refund."

"This is the second year I?ve had them out to my kids house. My son is special needs my daughter is 19 and works three jobs to help their mom who isn?t in the greatest health so AC is important for her as well as the kids who sleep upstairs. Tammy got someone out right away Caleb showed up within hours while I was on the phone. There was no high pressure sales and we are good for another yr, Bless God! Tammy even signed my ex up on a service plan to look after the aging equipment. Couldn?t be happier!!! Referred another person a friend in Broad Ripple; She just had surgery and is ready to replace. She is super happy with them too. Wouldn?t trust anyone else but Irish Air. Am telling everyone!!!"

"The team at Indy Home Comfort Solutions came out and quickly identified a problem with my 15-year-old Navien tankless water heater. While they could work to service the unit, the cost would have been enough for me to question what an entire new unit would cost. I fully expected to have to replace this unit sooner rather than later and when the estimated cost was shared, I was pleasantly surprised with what we could get a new unit for. I have just recently been referred to Indiana Home Comfort Solutions for a furnace issue, and I quickly turned to them for my tankless water heater needs. They show up when they say they will show up, they communicate well along the way, and I trust them to deliver good work with good service."

"Shape Plan (annual maintenance program) - Technicians present a sales pitch, with a video taken of your house, for "improvements" to your HVAC system after performing the check up. (During an air conditioner check up another man showed up and didn't indicate why he was there or introduce himself. He did no work, but listened to the sales presentation of the technician.). The recommended improvements cost hundreds to thousands of dollars! The most annoying thing is that the customer must state REPEATEDLY that they're not interested before the technician will leave."
