"I would definitely recommend C & J Well Co. A very good friend of mine suggested that I call them. I called on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend and spoke to Josh and within minutes Logan one of the technicians called to let me know he was on his way. Unfortunately, the pump was stuck. It took quite a few attempts, days and hard work from Logan and other crew members. Finally, Brad with C & J Well called on that following Friday morning and said he was on his way and he will get the pump out. And, with the help of Rhett, they got it pulled and I had water by 3:00 p.m. that day! Thank you to all of the crew technicians for your hard work! You guys are great!"

"After 20 years my well pump failed. I called another company first. They cancelled their first appointment. When they finally came 10 days later the other company said the well pump alone could not be replaced and that I would need an entirely new system. I called Earl Snow and they came the following morning. They were able to replace the pump and restore water flow without replacing the entire system. I saved a lot of money with Earl Snow!"

"Long story short I was attempting to install a new vanity over the copper supply lines for a bathroom sink. I bent the copper pipe which caused it to begin leaking. It was a Sunday night at 5:30 pm. Dan showed up even quicker than he had estimated. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed the leak quickly including making recommendations to replace the 30 year old shut-off valves, which he did at the same time as fixing the leak. He also noticed the outside shutoff valve was leaking and was able to tighten the valve so that it would no longer leak. He made it quick and painless. He tried to make the higher than normal (weekend night) service fee worth the call out for us. Although it was a little more expensive because it was a weekend night, it was nice to know it had been fixed and we could turn the water on again. It was a great experience compared to our previous horrible experiences we had with Mister Quik."

"Hoosier drain is a great company with very reasonable prices! We lost our pressure due to an old pump, and when it couldn’t be replaced they worked fast to get our new well drilled. Hoosier drain even provided us with a temporary fix by dropping a new pump on our old pump until they were able to get drillers out with no extra charge. We were given estimates day 1 and had no surprises at all on the cost. Dave and his team (Matt, Baylon, Damon and more), were very educated and made sure to explain everything clearly so we understood each step and could make educated decisions on how to proceed. They used a third party for drilling, yet still helped fill the holes the drilling truck made- again without even being asked. They also brought out tools to the drilling company to trim the trees so that we could get the new well drilled asap. Super thankful we utilized this company and would recommend them again and again! Dave personally was made available anytime as well. 10/10"

"It went extremely well. The technician was professional and thorough. He spend at least 30 minutes with me reviewing the current configuration to ensure that the replacement water heater would meet our needs. We switched from a tank water heater to a tankless water heater and couldn't be happier. The tech did a great job with the installation and left the area clean and organized."

"Derick, of Hamilton Brothers, contacted me shortly after my Home Advisor search. He was very willing to answer all my questions. He also came out to look at the job, my well pump was failing. After cost comparison, and the fact that Derick took the time to come out and look at the job, I decided to give him the work. He did explain that the cost could escalate from the estimate due to a verity of factors with the well, pump or well head. My well did have some issues and the price was higher than I expected but within the range of his explanation. I did have a new pump and piping and wiring installed the same day. However, his crew and he were not on the same page as I was expecting a return visit, after the ground hardened up, to pull the old pump, which was stuck in the well. I called Derick, a week later, to discover that removing the old pump was not necessary unless it caused a restriction in water flow. We ll see what the summer holds and if this is a problem as I was first told that the pump had to be removed and now it could stay in place and never cause a problem. Time will tell. I rate the work quality as a 3.0 because the old piping and wiring was left in my yard, as I said the crew thought they were coming back soon. I gave a 4.0 for customer service because Derick was quick to respond and willing to share his knowledge but the communication between his crew, Derick and I could have been better. I gave a 3.5 for valued for the money, as I said the cost was higher than I expected but within the high range we discussed. Overall, I am pleased with the company and the professionalism of the company and would recommend them."
