"Great professional service. Showed up next day to fix my AC. They found and repaired the previous work done by another company. If you want the work done correctly and you want to pay fair pricing, call them. The previous company I used were not honest and sold me fixes I did not need and did not repair the things that needed to be repaired. I think they did this so they could continue to come out and charge me for things like adding freon to my AC but never repairing the leak which I eventually found myself. The leak was in an outside line, highly visible (once I knew what to look for). I called AC Dave and they fixed it right away and my AC has never worked better."

"At 600 am on a friday morning, I got on the Angi app to look for a swamp cooler expert. At 630 am I recived a phone call from Joel from "Just be cool supply." After expalining the job i needed done, he was able to come over later that day. Sunday morning he showed up removed a useless window and installed a new swamp cooler. Joel and his crew did an Amazing job! Very fast, friendly, good priced, and Profesional. I will be calling joel for all my HVAC needs in the future."

"We have used Darrow before for our unit and the condo association and were extremely satisfied. We called him again when our heating unit stopped working. We called on a Friday afternoon and we asked if he could come out the next day or Monday and he insisted that we not wait (since we were having a cold spell) and came out the next day and worked around our schedule. He's friendly, knowledgeable and his price is always fair and reasonable (and he didn't charge extra for a weekend). He also diagnosed the problem right away and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He also noticed on the roof a problem with our neighbor's unit and he replaced the cover to a water spout so they wouldn't get water leaking in (and did it at no charge). We're always apprehensive any time we have to hire someone for repairs, but Darrow has proved himself to be our go-to person for heating (and air conditioning should we need that). He has a great work ethic and cares about his customers."

"Excellent response time and service; unit was repaired within 24 hours of calling."

"Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! I’m grateful & my tears of relief are real. I don’t do well in the heat & my landlord is not really able to help me with this issue now. I can finally rest well tonight! Thank you, Sev & southland heating & AC! I truly appreciate it! And, also, much gratitude for Angie’s List for making it so much easier to find trustworthy repair companies!"

"Bradley was professional, articulate, and very patient as we discussed possibilities and worked out how to move forward with repairs for water damage and final install. A great experience- we learned about options as opposed to being sales-pitched the easy sell. We wish we could hire them for all our plumbing needs, but they only do water heaters. Our new set-up is working great, and is to code. Bradley accomodated our busy schedule- much appreciated!"

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"The service went great. One technician came out and completed the job in about 30 minutes to an hour. The vents had not been cleaned in about 20 years and really needed it.  They were very direct and did what I needed. I had no problem scheduling the deal."

"Excellent work! Covid safe , staff on point with details of repairs. Reasonable pricing, I highly recommend this business to anyone."

"I called this company for an HVAC service after my heater stopped running. They are quick to response and diagnose to fix the problem. The technician who went to our place was very knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly identified the issue and took the problem expertly. It was an accurate assessment and the technician was able to fix the issue of my heater. Patiently answered my questions. Completed a fantastic job and make sure everything was done right."
