What it ended up being was the drain pipe from the air conditioner were pulled out and the water runs off drains out bad, that was clogged up and they came out and cleaned it out. They were very, very good. The young man actually went a little bit above and beyond what they were supposed to do. I felt that they were reasonable. I think they came right away. I don't put names in my phone book unless I like them."
