"It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

Once at the house, they were efficient, fast, thorough, helpful, and helped me with some other issues as well. I bought a two stage 16 seer Bryant with all the bells and whistles. I also have online AC controls so that is why the higher cost. My humidity is kept at 56%. It really hits you when you go outside, it’s like walking through a humidity barrier. The installers were great also. The system comes 3 years parts and labor from Waycoff’s. Never had that offer before."

I called them up and in less than an hour I had somebody at my house to repair the damaged water line. They cleaned the area after they were done. "Ace Air conditioning & Appliance is honest, straightforward and did a good job but I do not remember how much it cost me. What it ended up being was the drain pipe from the air conditioner were pulled out and the water runs off drains out bad, that was clogged up and they came out and cleaned it out. They were very, very good. The young man actually went a little bit above and beyond what they were supposed to do. I felt that they were reasonable. I think they came right away. I don't put names in my phone book unless I like them."
