"The service worked exactly as advertised. My virtual consultation was with Harmond and he was great. He talked me through how the LED lighting system works in these refrigerators, how to purchase the light(s) and how to replace them. It would have cost me $100 just to have a service tech come to my house and even more to fix the issue. For $35 I found it to be a relatively simple repair that I can do myself."

"Tyson and Wyatt are exceptional. I called on Friday and they came Monday morning to fix my frig. I expected to wait a long time. Once at the house, they were efficient, fast, thorough, helpful, and helped me with some other issues as well. I especially liked that they offered to wash in the inside of my freezer after the repair, swept and cleaned behind the frig and even offered to put food back in the freezer for me! I’m planning to hire them to install a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and will use them for any and all of my household appliance issues. We are seniors and felt very safe having them in our home. This kind of quality service should be rewarded with tons of referrals and jobs. I know that I will refer and refer and refer. Thank you Tyson and Wyatt. Thank you Angie’s List."

"I had previously had a different company come out and take a look at the fridge the guy told me that I had a refrigerant leak and it would be about $1500 to fix it. Thankfully I got a second opinion from Mark. All it needed was to be defrosted. He was professional and on time and fixed the issue right away. I have had zero problems since"

"I receive 3 quotes from 3 local companies and Waycoff’s had the best deal and Rep. I would ask for Tracy if you need a new system. I bought a two stage 16 seer Bryant with all the bells and whistles. I also have online AC controls so that is why the higher cost. My humidity is kept at 56%. It really hits you when you go outside, it’s like walking through a humidity barrier. The installers were great also. The system comes 3 years parts and labor from Waycoff’s. Never had that offer before."

"I came home and I had some water leaking from my refrigerator. It turned out to be the water line that fed the icemaker and water dispenser. I called them up and in less than an hour I had somebody at my house to repair the damaged water line. They cleaned the area after they were done. They just fixed it quickly, identified the problem quickly and the pieces that they had to replace were included in the price of the visit. It was really inexpensive."

"I was first contacted by Carrie almost as soon as I sent an email to Appliance Repair Services. From then on she did a great job of keeping me updated on the repair. The service person was Jason who did an outstanding job in fixing our microwave oven despite an extremely poor design flaw in our Maytag combination oven/microwave. The problem was not apparent and Jason went out of his way to check every possibility starting with the least expensive. It took a few appointments in which Jason was always on time and was good about calling me ahead of time. Equally important, his charge to fix the appliance was very reasonable and found replacement parts that were better than the manufacturer’s and were less expensive. I will definitely use this company again for any appliance problems we have."

"James, the owner, worked on the job until it was completed. The system that I had was a trane ac. Trane had discontinued the part needed to do the job. The part that was supposed to fit it, didn't fit like the original part. James was able to do the job anyway."

"They came out when they said they would, showed me what part I needed to replace and ordered the part. The pricing was fair and in line with what I would expect. They are coming out today to install it. I've had a satisfactory experience in the past with them doing an excellent job repairing a microwave stove combination. I will recommend them and use them again."

"Ace Air conditioning & Appliance is honest, straightforward and did a good job but I do not remember how much it cost me. What it ended up being was the drain pipe from the air conditioner were pulled out and the water runs off drains out bad, that was clogged up and they came out and cleaned it out. They were very, very good. The young man actually went a little bit above and beyond what they were supposed to do. I felt that they were reasonable. I think they came right away. I don't put names in my phone book unless I like them."

"When my dishwasher was originally delivered the company was not able to install it. The new dishwasher had been sitting in my living room for nearly a month as I got the runaround from other companies. Fortunately I found Jax Appliance Installation. Jake responded to my service request within minutes and was able to complete the work the next morning. He gave an honest assessment of the work that needed to be done, and did a thorough job. The new dishwasher works great, and at half the cost quoted by another company. I would absolutely hire him again."
