"It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

"Our old system was 17 years old and needed a new compressor. We did have a Home Warranty but the company they sent to fix it diagnosed the problem and only gave an estimate to replace compressor. The serviceman explained the possible need for a whole new system due to age and cost of repeatedly replacing costly freon. The service man was honest and professional, but was limited in his ability to go further due to the warranty. He suggested getting several estimates to replace the whole system, including his own from the main office. I did call 3 different companies, including the original, but the only one who got back to me within 24 hours was Ierna's. They sent a supervisory tech, Marcus, the next day to diagnose the problem, and he agreed with the need to replace the whole system to save money in the future. He sat down with us and painted a realistic picture of several alternatives and gave detailed explanations of positive and negative reasons for each. He took the time to explain 3 levels of systems available and financing options with discounts. Kudos to Dale who supervised the install, very professional, and his team of Tay and Tyler, who efficiently and with great expertise, helped with the install. They also installed an additional short piece of duct to improve cooling of the front of the house. And cleaned up everything perfectly afterward!! Since we selected a wireless thermostat, we also have been working with Nate who specializes in them to connect it to a cellphones as a remote control. The system is so quiet!! And controls the inside temp much more evenly and easily than our old system. It will also save on our electric bill due to an internal computer driven variable temperature control. We have no regrets about our decision, and are pleased that they will also provide 2 years of regular maintenance checkups and warranty coverage up to 10 years! We even got a rebate from the Home Warranty for the cost of replacing the compressor. We definitely would recommend Ierna's to anyone needing AC service or replacement!"

"This was the second time we hired this company. Our 1st time was about 5 years ago. They came out today and they again did a great job. The owner's two sons came out and were polite, friendly, thorough and answered all questions. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. Chimney was cleaned and everything was inspected that I had asked. They indicated that we would eventually need a new "Chase Cover" but they were honest in saying that it still had a couple of more years and with the price to replace, they recommend waiting until we notice a problem. They explained what to look for which would trigger the need for replacement. Instead of telling me that I needed to replace it right away, they were HONEST. That speaks volumes. "Due to high volume backlog, I couldn't get an appointment for five weeks (so be proactive!). On the day of service, AAA called and asked if the technician could show early, to which I agreed. The HVAC technician conducted a thorough review of my AC system. Initially, he was confident that he could get my unit in good working repair and provided info about considering a new unit to replace my 2001 unit when refrigerant regulations change in 2017. He was very competent in assessing the issues I had been having (Sporadic breaker trips / difficulty maintaining temperature). In the end, it looked like the replacement units I would need to fix my two issues (cooling coils / flow valve)I would end up costing half of what a new system would cost. I opted to schedule a new unit replacement. The technician was also the sales manager and was well versed in AC system offerings. I was able to order a new system that met my needs as a top floor condo owner in Florida, and schedule AC replacement, including crane service two days from the inspection. Also, the auxiliaries they are adding to my system are being provided at no cost. I'm reviewing other estimates, but have been unable to find anyone who can compete at that quality and price.
