Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

The owner's two sons came out and were polite, friendly, thorough and answered all questions. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. Chimney was cleaned and everything was inspected that I had asked. They indicated that we would eventually need a new "Chase Cover" but they were honest in saying that it still had a couple of more years and with the price to replace, they recommend waiting until we notice a problem.
