I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

"I got several quotes for a new HVAC system. The prices were fairly close, but Horizon Services included replacing my refrigerant lines. My basement is finished, so this was somewhat difficult. They started the next business day at 7:00am and had the system running by 6:00pm. The installation was very neat and professional and they installed new refrigerant lines and a new outside air intake without cutting any holes in the basement ceiling. I kept my humidifier, since it was almost new, and they had difficulty getting it to work. However, they promptly sent out another technician who was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem."

In sum, the service was carried out professionally and cordially and I would definitely use their services again."
