"Ice developed on the floor of my refrigerator's freezer indicating that the drain might be plugged.  Ron Jordan took apart the freezer (it's a Whirlpool with a drawer door, two baskets, and an ice maker) to check behind the back panel and discovered that additional ice had accumulated.  He carefully defrosted and removed all the ice, reassembled the freezer, and cleaned up as he went.  He then moved the refrigerator away from the wall to check the drain plug.  As he thought, the drain plug was clogged because the slit allowed for water passage was so narrow that it clogged easily.  He opened up the passage so the water could drain more easily, vacuumed out the water in the tray, wiped up the area and moved the unit back in place.  He also reattached the handle of the freezer which had been pulled off accidently several months ago.
Ron is very pleasant and knowledgable about appliances.  His company responded promptly to my message and Ron came out the next morning.   The freezer is happy again and so am I!

"It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

"The time from our initial call to tech on site was the next AM. The tech called about 30 mins before his arrival. Our water heater is 14 years old so we feared the worst. However the problem was merely a pilot light that went out. The tech made sure the pilot light was working and the water heater was heating properly. He explained how to relight the pilot light very clearly. He then provided us with estimates for various replacement water heaters but without any sales pressure. Our tech Vitaly G. was very pleasant and very professional. The total cost was ~$180."

"Almost 20 years ago in 2001 we hired Peter Schraner and Pacific Northwest Cabinetry. What was supposed to be a kitchen remodel with new cabinets turned into a gut of the entire house due to bad wiring. Peter took on the project, did an amazing job with his wonderful staff and subs. Everything was top notch and expertly done. The job has withstood the test of time, and our house still looks great hardly needing any updates or work done on it 20 years later. On the rare occasion that a cabinet door hinge snaps or something on that order breaks, Peter and his friendly staff respond quickly and within a week the cupboard or hinge is fixed. Peter and his team are incredibly trustworthy and reliable. Their work is always top notch. We love doing business with them. We know when we reach out to Peter for help that he will always reply and reply quickly getting the job done as soon as possible. "Excellent. We call them for any plumbing needs. Its not unreasonable for the price. The price is in line with anyone else. Their response is always good. They are busy, so you may not get same day response. If you have an emergency, they will come out right away. If its not, you may have to wait a day or so. They are a good company, and they have so many customers. Most definitely. There was one worker. It depends on the job.They have never been out here more than thirty to forty five minutes. Depending on what the job is. Spotless. The whole service. They are very friendly. Professional. Do a good job. They get the job done."

"Gerry's website indicated that he was available until 11 p.m. so I called and left a message. He called within half an hour and I explained what was happening. Because I had put some warm soup in the fridge late in the day and because there was also a possibility that the upper door had not been closed properly, he suggested waiting until Saturday morning to see if the refrigerator would come up to temperature on its own. It did not, so I called him again Saturday a.m. and left a message. Again he called back within an hour or so and spent probably 10 minutes or more asking me questions over the phone to troubleshoot the problem more specifically. He had done his research on the model and by asking me questions over the phone was able to pinpoint the most likely source of the problem--I believe it was a power unit that controlled the airflow. As a result, the vents at the bottom of the freezer plugged up with frost which blocked air flow to the upper portion of the refrigerator. He then called two different parts suppliers to see if he could get the part needed to fix the problem . Because of the age of the refrigerator, neither supplier had the part in stock and the manufacturer said that it was on back order so it could take anywhere from a week to several weeks to make and receive before a repair could be made. Given the age of the unit and the estimated cost of the part alone (approximately $200) plus labor, he advised that I buy a new refrigerator.) When I offered to pay him for his time, he refused to accept any payment. Now THAT is great service! So to thank Gerry for his selfless service, I am writing this review in hopes that it brings other new customers his way. In addition, I will definitely recommend Gerry to anyone I know who needs their refrigerator repaired!"
