"Superb service by technicians Esteban and Tyler, who quickly removed the 24-year old HVAC system and installed the new one, performed thorough testing, and then demonstrated all of the features and functions to my satisfaction. I am comfortable operating and maintaining my new HVAC system."

"It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

"I was impressed with the technician Justin. He kept me informed of all he was doing. As well, I learned about the GPS HVAc system to purify my air."

"Lanell was able to fix my refrigerator and replace the control panel. He came Tuesday to diagnose the problem and returned Wednesday morning with the part and had everything fixed quickly."

"Immediate response and excellent communication throughout the process. Installation team was friendly and professional. Had questions after the installation and electrician came out late at night to double check and assure us everything was done correctly. Company and all its employees stand by their work. Customer service was above and beyond."

"Great right from the start. Communication was quick and informative. So polite and knowledgeable. They came out same day and were able to solve my problem with my refrigerator. Will definitely recommend them to others and will use them again. Very professional!"

"I had a problem with my refrigerator and called Cliff. He told me when he would show up and was there on time. He was professional and careful in the way he handled my property. He needed to order a part to complete the job. The part came in, he came back as and when he promised and finished the job. What more could you ask for in appliance repair? I'll hire him again someday."

"Chilly Billy Came To The Resue! We have a 4000 sq ft home in Windermere. One of our 2 a/c units packed up which was 20 yrs old. Chilly Billy on recommendation from our next door neighbor attended site the same day I called, gave me a quote within an hour and were on site the next day with new equipment to install. They even offered me a few portable a/c units in the area that was down to cover the kitchen, office and family room areas while they got everything organized and did the work. Chris knows his business and how to make things happen. His wife Taisha is a dream to work with and is a strong back up for their services and organization. She is very polite and very professional. What I have learned is that they are a family business and very efficient. Highly recommended for any HVAC work you have in mind. GJ"

"My unit was starting to fail so I purchased the deal. They came out, reviewed the unit, and explained the programs that they had. They didn’t try to sell me anything that I did not need. There were additional costs because I needed an adjustment in the electrical system and readjustment in the exhaust system which was not included in the deal. I felt that the costs for the work were reasonable. They did a very good job and were extremely professional. They cleaned up well after the installation was complete. I am very happy with the system and it is more stable than the unit that I previously had. It was a wonderful experience! I am very happy with their service."

"Mr. Moore always does a great job for me. I have him come once per year and clean the vent systems and it makes a world of difference."
