"It only took him less then 10 minutes to fix.Due to the incompetency of the other repairman I was without a refrigerator for 5 weeks. The repairman from Performance Appliance called me the next day to be sure I had no issues and he thanked me."

"It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

"Marty was outstanding. My refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling late on a Thursday night. Called Marty's number and left him a message to please call me the next morning. He called around 8:15 a.m. and said he'd be at my house in a couple of hours. He was there before two hours went by. Spent a significant amount of time testing and diagnosed the problem. Replaced necessary parts. When problem persisted discovered a short related to the water/ice cube dispenser which was interfering with the other systems. Stuck with it until it was fixed and put a significant amount of time and effort into the repair. Was there for at least three hours and stuck with the price he quoted me at the outset. Would use him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, hard-working professional."

"I had to get my sewer main replaced recently, and I couldn't be happier with the work done by this team. They were prompt, transparent about pricing, and completed the replacement efficiently. Their crew communicated clearly throughout every step of the job and left the site spotless. It’s hard to find honest, high-quality contractors like this. 10/10 service!"

"It went great - I talked with Jeff for a long time about our boiler system and a few issues we've been having (main one that the third floor radiator doesn't give off heat, and secondarily that there are a few valves we'd like replaced) and the general state of our system. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully and priced several improvements and services for me. There was no hard sell and I learned more about our heating system. We've used them before and will again."

"Nate from Haney Appliance Repair was great to work with! Scheduling was easy! Nate was very knowledgeable of the repair needed, and even took a look a couple of other items for us. We would definitely hire Nate and Haney Appliance Repair again!"
