I had previously hired Stanley Steamer, the guys arrived 20 minutes till their 2 hour time frame ended & immediately told me they couldn't get all the stains out of my Beautiful cream $1500 couch & ottoman! I said please do the best you can. THEN 15 minutes later told me Again, it's not worth the money (225) to clean it!? And if knowing that did I want them to quit now/no charge? I was So Disappointed! And he only charged me $235, & that included Scotch Garding! I'm so Happy!"
