"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"It went very well. The young man who performed the service was very professional, conscientious and friendly. However, the deal felt like a hair and switch. I realize the entire duct cleaning industry operates by offering the customer a low price that they never intend to honor. I was disappointed when the offer of paying $62 for the deal, then another $62 at time of service turned into a total of $482. Since the information that came with the deal said you should get a quote before scheduling, I was prepared on day of service, but I had already paid for the deal by then. I am very happy with the service I received, but just wanted to express my surprise at the eventual cost."
