I think there was a lack of communication between the service provider and Angie's list. Just recommend before signing up, confirm all details with the service provider. And be prepared to pay extra for ANY upgrades or add-ons."

Once I decided to go with his company he showed up at my condo when he said he would and got right to work. What made it better was that I had a renter in there and he did everything in his power to not disrupt her living space and was extremely professional. He removed all flooring, put furniture back, next day came back and installed the new flooring and put the furniture back again. He was done a day and a half earlier than expected."
