"This was my first experience with One Hour Heating & Air of Decatur and West Denton, and I couldn’t be happier! Our AC decided to quit during the extreme Texas summer heat, and they were able to get us back up and running quickly. From start to finish, the customer service was fantastic. They were on time, professional, clean, and made the entire process incredibly easy. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly. And the price was very reasonable, which was an added bonus! When your AC goes out in this Texas heat, you want someone you can count on—and One Hour Heating & Air definitely delivered. I would absolutely recommend them for their professionalism, service, and overall customer experience!"

"The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."

"I was perfectly satisfied.  Am calling them back for air conditioner this year.

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"I Highly Recommend Stacy Calahan at Calahan Construction & Air! It was in middle of summer 2019, hotter than you can imagine inside my house even with 2 portable a/c units running in LR trying to mitigate some of the heat while waiting on my a/c company to help me. I found Calahan Construction & Air... Stacy came out quickly diagnosed the problem right away, my unit was dead (I had been nursing it over last few years) but I couldn’t purchase a new unit until I got in a place to fund a house remodel. So, I needed a used 5 ton unit - not an easy ask, but Stacy found one and installed it w/in 24 hours for a price that did not break the bank (about the same cost as 2 top of the line portable air conditioners, which I returned!) He was professional, responsive, and quick at a reasonable price! Stacy listened to me, took ownership of my problem, was kind & caring and best of all got the job done quickly at a price I could afford...all in the middle of summer (his busiest season) when other air conditioning companies are charging premium prices or up selling, Stacy Callahan got me what I needed not what he could sell me! His work ethic & business model are heads and shoulders above the rest, do not hesitate to use this company for all your A/C needs!!"

"Brandon called first thing this morning in response to an email inquiry last night.  I appreciate the quick turn around.  He and Matthew arrived early for their appointment, were polite, got right to work and were mindful of protecting walls, banisters, etc.  Brandon described the other duct cleaning services provided by Collin Creek but there was no pressure and he adjusted his information according to the needs of our home.

"Went well. Serviceman was knowledgeable about what repair needed to be done."

"It went better than I thought, we were out of town when it went out.
D&D came over within hours and had us up and running on our old R22 unit."

"A#1 air technician did the spring tune up perfectly. No complaints about the quality of the work. However, there is quite a bit of upselling that I do not like. They recommend some systems that may or may not improve the overall efficiency of the compressor. And they try to cross sell other services like Electrical safety check. Also, my neighbor had a very large price quote for an AC Capacitor replacement with A#1 air - and when he called the supervisor, they were able to reduce the price down to a more realistic one. This to me is an orange flag. "
