Ryan and Michael came the next week and adjusted my dampers and added one in a key location. Now upstairs gets cool with the AC and stays cool and the downstairs does not freeze. "Dutch arrived early for the appointment and completed the work quickly. We just bought the house and had questions about the furnace, which Dutch was happy to answer. We had a coupon for their Spring Furnace Tune-up special, priced at $140, so were surprised when the bill only came to $99. The woman at the office explained that special pricing was for oil furnaces, and as our gas furnace was simpler to service, they only charged for the actual time and labor. You gotta love that attitude in a service provider!

He was running a little later than he thought on the day of the appointment & let me know right away, which was fine. He is very personable & knowledgeable, and his work is efficient & clean. No surprise costs, everything was as previously agreed to. Even though I wasn't paying for the furnace or A/C to be cleaned he still took the time to look at them & show me what he found, for future reference. The whole cleaning process only took two hours, and we got to see how filthy everything had been plus the random objects he'd found in the ducts. As a new homeowner of a 'light fixer' I was relieved to have such a painless experience! I am SO GLAD we had this service done and I would hire Jared again or refer him to friends & family in a heartbeat. Highly recommended."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.
