After the plumber came in and fixed the leak, Rick and his team came in and removed the nasty soaking wet carpet and pad and put in a heavy duty dryer to help salvage the drywall and base boards. The damage was just too extensive and much of the Sheetrock and base boards had to be replaced.  Rick helped me with getting the correct info to my insurance company. Once my insurance company gave me the check to do the repairs, Ricks team came in right away and worked fast and clean/neat. I never would wish for the original problem (the cost of plumbing repair was not covered under insurance). But, Rick took what was at first an overwhelming disaster and turned it into a manageable experience. "Oh my gosh! Primo Plumbing was phenomenal! I was getting ready to go to a family outside dinner on Saturday evening and went to pull my blue jeans out of the dryer. There was water everywhere..and I mean everywhere. My hot water heater was leaking and leaking fast and furious. Primo Plumbing had an after hours plumber here within an hour. "Topaz (Jacob) did a fantastic job cleaning carpets in three bedrooms & closets, hallway, and stairs. I was injured so didn't have time to prepare for the cleaning but Jacob cheerfully moved all the junk off the carpets before cleaning. He spent extra time on the spots where my dog hangs out to ensure the oils from the dog's hair were thoroughly removed. He also cleaned our dryer vent even though the weather was not ideal for doing so. We will continue to use Topaz for any service they offer."
