"We could not be happier with Charles Schwartz and Environmental Assessment & Solutions. We had a sudden severe mold outbreak from a leak in the boiler that caused serious damage to our basement. Charles was on scene within several hours, and was able to locate and stop the leak himself. He was highly organized, professional, and efficient and got the air testing and repair process underway in lightning time. As someone on chemotherapy to whom mold is potentially dangerous, I especially appreciated his professional background in health services. He always did what he said he was going to do, when he said it was going to be done. He saw us through every step of the process. "I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

I can't breathe in my home It smells like mold The mold is in the walls Im not sure how the tests are accurate. Also They ruined my leather couch with the mist from the test pod"
