"Sunday morning, at the end of a long holiday weekend, freezing and dank outside, of course at this time the heater went out. We called Larkin, which sent a repairman right over. With no more work than was necessary, the heater is now working! "It went great...we've used Michael many times and called him to look at the Swamp Cooler motor because I thought it was shot ...would only work on low...he came over and said it's probably just the fan / pump / cool rotary switch inside the house that controls the pump.....turns out he was right.  Turned a $200+ job into a $55.00 job and a nice cool house.  We always call Michael when things don't work right!

Electrical: a timer controlling the porch light of my house was replaced Furnace: my furnace was checked before the winter season Plumbing: there were two visits involving several plumbing issues. The main two were replacement of my disposal and my kitchen faucet. For all of these appointments, the service was good and the repairs or checks were successful. All of the technicians were knowledgeable and professional. I did feel that the plumbing charges were quite high."
