"Bob showed up on time (within the window) and was very courteous and professional. Upon entering he noticed an old piano that we have which could use some work and he stopped to comment on it and suggested refinishing it. At first, i thought, oh jeez - i just want this guy to look at my kitchen cabinets, not worry about some old piano -- but i quickly realized Bob loved his job, was interested in the old piano and was just plain being nice. On the kitchen cabinets we talked about how he'd resurface them, he took some measurements and then - to my delight - gave me a rough estimate on the spot with two different options!
