"Hired this company to install new furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with Mike the salesman, he worked with me to make sure I got the best system that I wanted for our house. My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. "When Brandon was on site performing a semi-annual service I requested a quote regarding the replacement of my water heater. I received a quote on the spot and a followup call from the office. the quote included a discount because I have an annual service agreement. Since the old heater stopped working by the time I spoke to the office they set up a date and time to install the new heater the next day. I made an appointment and the Brandon team showed up on time. They performed the work, cleaned up and left. Very professional service."

"Matt and his team were incredible. Not only did he come out the next day to quote me on a new AC System install, but he was responsive to text and emails, professional and VERY reasonable on costs/install for a new system, compared to other local HVAC installers. Within a week, I was able to get my system replaced and am very happy with the level and quality of service and professionalism from his guys. "I called Advanced Air solutions when I first found him on Angie's List because of his A status and the reviews as well. The reviews outside of Angie's were great as well and I see why. When I first spoke with him over the phone I felt like it was weird that I first got Mark the Owner and not an assistant or something. I told him that I was interested and wanted an estimate and we set up a date that he was at a job that morning but could pull strings to run over and do one. I was kinda worried that the man I spoke to wouldnt remember what we talked about on the phone because he is so busy, BOY WAS I WRONG! Mark shows up and comes in and answers everything that I wanted to know and more and checks things out to make sure he has his grounds covered when he would come back for install. It was quick and simple and he only stayed a lil longer because I offered him a cup of coffee and we spoke a lil on Hvac. "Their quote was very reasonable and their sales person acted very professional. They met with me within 2 to 3 days after my initial call to them.  I didn't choose this company since they only dealt with Trane and Rheem units. We chose to go with Carrier units which Lakewood Furnace & Air Conditioning uses exclusively.
I would recommend New Image Heating & Cooling if we wanted Trane or Rheem units.

"I was looking for quotes for a new furnace since mine was over 20 years old and failed, so decided to have it replaced along with the matched central air conditioner unit. I got estimates from several heating and cooling companies but ultimately gave the job to RTT Heating and Cooling, LLC . Ryan came out quickly, looked at my units and answered all my questions to give me the best options for both cost and reliability for a new complete system. Ryan was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need like others. His office contacted me and we scheduled a date to replace the units. Ryan sent out Tommy and Tyler , these guys removed the old Furnace and Air unit and Professionally installed the new ones, They were quick, professional, courteous and answered all questions. "I called at least 5 places who said they offered emergency service and they either said they couldn’t do it or didn’t answer the phone. We called Weatherking and the dispatcher was pleasant and said we’d hear from the tech shortly. The tech, Matthew, called within 15 minutes and was extremely professional and transparent about the “after hours” fee. He was at our house within an hour in inclement weather. Again, very professional and pleasant, although it was around 11pm on a Friday. He fixed the problem and went over and above our expectations by being quick, thorough, and explaining everything he did. He also did some additional cleaning and told us how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. Will definitely use them again. Thank you Matthew and Weatherking."

"Sooo....first, Jim is a very nice guy.  However, Jim now works in Nashville during the week and is only home to the Huntsville area on the weekends.
My first impression of him was that he was awesome.  My computer system had crashed because I pulled the plug during a thunder storm before the computer fully shut down which resulted in the computer hanging up.  Jim took my call while in Tennessee and suggested how to fix the system.  For this I am very grateful.

What happened next was I had him come and check my computer to make sure everything was working properly.  He came to my house and spent an hour tweaking it (basically running various checks on the system), for which I paid him $50.  He suggested that my laptop would work much better if I had Windows 7 and increased my RAM up to 4 GB.  He said he could install it for me for (including the RAM) for about $160.  We met the following weekend for the handoff and he loaded Window 7.  When I received the call it was ready, the bill was $227.50.  I was surprised that is was $70 more than quoted, but paid it anyways.  When I asked about the RAM, he mentioned he did not upgrade the RAM and this would be another $60.  I was a little discouraged at that point since I felt like I was being taken advantage of, but the guy is relatively nice, so I said to go ahead and order the RAM.  He did so and the following weekend was supposed to install it.  Due to some personal things in his life, he wasn't able to install it, so I picked it up since I had to go out of town and could use the IT guy at my new location to install it for me.  When we went to install the RAM, the system wouldn't let us do it since my particular type of laptop can only take 2GB of RAM max.  If Jim had gone to the crucial.com website (where he bought my RAM) and entered my computer system on it, it would have told him the max amount of RAM that could be installed on that unit.  He did not do that.  He is supposed to refund my $60 this next weekend.

I think if Jim wasn't burning the candle at both ends by having a job in Tennessee during the week and trying to run this business on the weekends, it would've been a better experience.  Perhaps taking a few extra minutes to SLOW DOWN and write out an estimate of everything he would need for the job including the prices would ensure people know up front how much the repair would/should cost so they can budget accordingly.  I think if he had taken that approach, it might've been a better experience.  So now I am stuck with a laptop that runs slower because Windows 7 uses more memory and a laptop that can't be upgraded to more RAM.  Basically, the last step which cost me almost $300 was not necessary.  If you need something simple done like coming back from a system crash, he would be okay to use.  Otherwise, for the bigger jobs, I recommend he provide a written estimate with the items he plans to do.

UPDATE:  After posting this review, I received a number of text messages from Jim commenting on the bad review.  I understand he is upset, but harassing someone about a review is not a good way to go.  My review was honest and not meant to be mean, but to let those that use Angie's list get what they pay for...an honest review of someone's experience."
