They were even able to get me on the schedule sooner than expected! Award-winning Guardian Roofing, Gutters & Insulation has been serving the Puget Sound region with quality top-of-home solutions for almost twenty years. From the first call to the final installation report to ongoing warranty protection, the family-owned and operated company has earned the trust of manufacturers, customers, and team members in the communities they serve.
"Guardian advertises a "Gentle Wash" roof cleaning/moss removal process. Nothing could be further from the truth. In reality, they use an industrial strength air compressor and hire inexperienced, poorly trained, incompetent non-English speaking employees to perform this work. The result: While under a three (3) year contract, Guardian has destroyed my GAF 50 year guaranteed roof by shredding and removing the protective granules down to the asphalt itself. The damage is so extensive and widespread, it cannot be repaired. My roof needs to be entirely replaced at a cost of ~ $35K to $40K for a like kind of material. Guardian has attempted to mitigate the damage by inserting a new thin starter row shingle to "Hide" (not replace) the damage shingles around the entire perimeter of my home. This is an unacceptable remedy. I am awaiting for Guardian's attorney to respond to my request for compensation. Complaints also filed with BBB and the C of C."
