"Mike Lange, the owner, came to do the estimate. He took dozens of pictures, pointing out to me the areas he knew would need repair on our 80+ year old home. He was extremely thorough, and easy to work with. The painting came with a never crack, never peel, never fade guarantee! Repairs were done as needed, and as expected, there were more than we anticipated. However, all were done in a professional manner, and apparently very well. They assigned a superintendent for the job who said he specialized in older homes; from what we saw, he may have, as he was very knowledgeable.
