"A very smooth transaction. Matt showed up one morning and Omar and crew showed up the next morning and by noon I had cold air blowing in the house again. This entailed demolition of the upper unit, removing the thermostat and the outside unit. They then installed all the new equipment and hung the duct work. This is a professional operation that was attentive to my concerns , they were transparent and honest in their pricing and timely delivered on their promise. "Brian came out the day after I called and diagnosed the problem. He brought the parts the next day and fixed the washer, even though he ran into an unexpected obstacle. I had a technician come out when the washer had a recall issue. That technician bolted the top of the washer to the chassis to "fix" the issue Samsung was having with washers flying apart and doing damage and possibly causing harm to people. This "fix" made it MUCH MORE DIFFICULT for the shocks to be replaced. But Brian took it in stride and found a way. It took much longer than he had planned and he still had more customers to see on the day before a holiday, but he just smiled and figured it out. I highly recommend Evolution Appliance Repair and will use them again."

"Appointment 1: they got held up on a previous job and didn't make the appointment I called and rescheduled for Appointment 2: they arrived on time, determined it was a simple fix (replace capacitor), executed the fix. Within 2 days, we realized the A/C was still not working correctly Appointment 3: Came out, determined that a new compressor was needed. Compressor was under warranty. They said that they could get the part and would call us back "ASAP" to schedule repair. they never called back. I called, talked to the owner and heard the office person in the back say "I was going to call her this morning" - so he said they'd be calling me, they didn't call back. I called that afternoon (Friday), and she said "we can't do anything now, it's too late on a Friday" - at this point we'd gone another week without A/C. Scheduled appointment for Tuesday. Appointment 4: They call and say they got the wrong part, can't get back to get the right part in time. Rescheduled AGAIN for the following day. Appointment 5: They show up on time, fix the unit. Original quote was a $$$$$, but after discussion, they reduced the charge to something more reasonable. We can now get the A/C to run so it's better than it was, but it is STILL flipping the breakers (which it never used to do), at this point they say it's not the A/C unit, it's an electrician issue. I think that technically these guys know how to fix an A/C issue, but their attention to detail (ordering the right part) and reliability on appointments could use some improvement."
