"Brooks Heating & Air Conditioning was recommended by my realtor. I contracted Brooks to evaluate the HVAC systems for a new home purchase. Every question and concern I could think of, Robert thoroughly explained the issues & options available to remedy the situations, including the Federal Tax incentives. No high pressure, 10 year warranty on work by the company. In retrospect now, no paperwork either. I did use Brooks Heating & Air-conditioning to handle my HVAC needs post purchase. Months have passed, Robert has not given me any invoices or paperwork for the $17,000 of work he did here. I only have included owners/operation manuals included with the units themselves. I do not have proper paperwork for the High Efficiency tax credit program, costing me thousands of dollars. He fails to return calls & messages. If you still choose to deal with Brooks Heating, get everything in writing beforehand, hold back funds until all your work is completed. Don't let the 'nice guy' fool you too"

"Steve came in and evaluated the situation with my boiler and fixed it I am very satisfied with the job he did especialy with the weather taking a turn for the colder my boiler is working perfectly and I also have hot water which I didn't have."

He diagnosed the town water line for any water leakage, but it was false when the American Water Resources confirmed that it was not. He charged me $1300.00 in cash for his service. I am flabbergasted. Good luck to anyone who hires him as a plumber or for any other service he provides. "
