Ruben Moreno did the service and was very knowledgeable - advised for replacing original unit that was 20 years old (which I had told a year ago that it would need replacing soon) John Landin was very easy to work with. The morning of the install I decided to change to a new unit which I was able to do with absolutely no hassle. Installers- Christian M, Eric W, Marcus L, Nashawn T, and Daniel R were all great. "We had lived in our new home a few months and knew we needed to have a water softener installed.  We had met this company at a home show and they took our information.  Expecting to be overwhelmed by phone calls from all the water softener companies we met at the home show, this company was the only one to make a sales call.  After doing my preliminary review of all the companies I felt comfortable with scheduling a home demonstration.

The salesman they sent to our home was somewhat new but extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.  Bo answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable with moving forward with the installation.  We were not able to purchase the system right away and asked Bo to please call us back in 6 months, as we did not want to finance this purchase.  He took our information, and called us back exactly 6 months later, returned to our home and completed the sale.  He was also able to schedule the installation for the next business day.

The installer showed up to our home exactly as scheduled and performed the installation in a timely and professional manner.  Bo also, returned to help with the installation.  There were no problems with the installation and we were comfortable with operation of the water softener and the reverse osmosis.

We purchased the Hydronex water softener system, and the Micromax 6000 reverse osmosis.  We have only had the system for a couple of days, but I am extremely happy with this purchase, and the entire ProStar team.  We are happy to part of the ProStar family and look forward to continuing our business with them.

"Everything went smoothly up until I had a ceiling leak and we found that the condensation line to the other unit was broken during the installation. It was not carelessness but a poor design by the builder of the home. Anyway, they agreed to fix it and the damage it caused, without any need for me to make a lot of noise. My only complaint was that the repair was long and drawn out taking 4 or 5 visits to complete and the repairman was good but never came on schedule."
