He did a great job finding and fixing the leak in the water main line to the house. The water was bubbling up to the surface 6 feet away from where the leak actually was, but Gary patiently fought around roots, rocks, and irrigation lines to get to it. Then he quickly made the repair. He is a knowledgeable and efficient plumber, and his rate was very reasonable."

"I hired Austin Water Solutions to install an under the counter reverse osmosis system. They accommodated my schedule and were out the next day. They quoted the price over the phone then sent a follow up email quote that I signed on line and Michael installed the system the very next day. Michael was very knowledgeable drilled a hole perfectly into our counter top put on the faucet added the tanks and filters. After following their directions and running a few tanks of water through the system we have very good drinking water at a very reasonable price. When Michael left you could not even tell he was in our condo he took all packaging and cleaned up the entire area that he worked in. Their maintenance costs and service calls are not inexpensive but they are no different from anybody else. When they came to install the new part, it took about 20 or 30 minutes."
