"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"George was very professional when we first dealt with him and did a satisfactory job.  However, when we wanted him to do smaller jobs, he did not respond or set up dates to come and then did not show up nor did he call.  His father, who is the actual owner of George's Painting, came to our house for an estimate to have 3 closet shelves installed (the metal mesh type) for hwich he wanted $650.00.  We thought that was entirely too much as the material cost less than $100.  We looked for someone else off of Angie's list and got an excellent person who only charged $200 which was more reasonable and on top of that did an excellent job.    In addition we are having numerous other things done at reasonable prices.  Had I waited a bit longer, I could have gotten my house painted much cheaper as well.  George is overpriced and does not respond when you call or will he make an appointment with you and then not keep it.  I am glad I found someone else who is capable of doing what we want, is professional, does excellent work and his price is more reasonable.    I have already had work done by this other company and we are very satisfied.

"The service went great. Two installers came out and completed the work in less than a day. They were very thorough and neat in their work. They had to move everything out of the garage and made sure to move everything back the way we liked. We have had no trouble at all with the system. We have been able to put it to good use and I feel like the quality of product is very durable. It brightens the garage space and makes everything so much nicer. We have not had to call in for any replacement parts. It was very easy to schedule the service, as well. I have recommended the company to others."

The window replacements were done 3-4 years ago.  The windows are good quality.  The measurement of one window was not done properly and the installer did a fix by adding spray foam.  The deck was done 2 years ago.  The deck installers were fired as they made so many mistakes.  The deck install was suppose to be done in a week, it took 3 weeks.

I had a service tech com out to check a deck problem in May.  He is no longer working there and was laid off with almost all of the staff in Gaithersburg.  I called over a week ago for a service follow-up call.  The receptionist in Baltimore answered the phone, as there is no one in Gaithersburg and the phones are forwarded.  I am still waiting more than a week for a follow-up service phone call to be returned by the person who schedules service calls.   I have no idea how long it will take before someone can come to my home.  I am concerned that if I had a major problem, I would be waiting months to get a window repaired.

"It went excellently. They are local Vienna Company; we live in Vienna so that is nice. They work with the homeowner and they work well with the resources a homeowner has in the plan that you want to do. My husband and I liked about is that we could pick out our own fixtures, we didn’t have to use whatever they wanted, and so we had control over picking up the mirror and all those things that you put in a bathroom and they find the people to install it. So they gave us control in terms of the quality, style and look. They had a tile store and they had a wonderful collection of all different kinds of tiles at different price points. Their contractors or actual workers they used were high quality and we felt safe leaving them in the house for work. Especially their tile guy did amazing work. In terms of precision and quality they were very good. they had other ideas like reconfiguring our bathrooms and when we said we can’t afford to do that, they didn’t mind and came up with a new plan that was at the cost. So they worked well with us in that regard."

Work performed included: Repairing and painting walls in kitchen, family room, bathroom and laundry room Replacing track lighting with pendant lights with dimmer Power washing and painting large front porch floor and steps Replacing and painting a casement basement door. Rene is very accommodating with schedule, shows up when he says he'll be there, responds quickly to questions, and he and his team do beautiful work.
