He and his co-worker arrived right on time. They were friendly, polite and made sure to explain all the work that they were doing. "We'd used them four years ago to replace our windows. They were about 40% the cost of Renewal By Andersen for the same Andersen windows, were professional and courteous throughout the process, and we haven't had a single problem since. So when we wanted to put in a heat pump system for efficient heating and cooling they were high on our list. We got four bids, and once again they were the least expensive, in this case by a 30% margin. They explained our options well, came up with some creative solutions (we're an old house with old vent-work which they bypassed for the ductless pumps but used for a top quality air filter), and did the job quickly and efficiently. They've checked back a couple of times since to make sure everything is ok, which it is, and it's been really nice to heat our bedroom on some cold nights and cool my western facing home office on some sunny afternoons). When the permit inspector asked before they came over who our installer is and I told them, they said "They do really good work." Definitely recommend them to others and in fact already have."

"Neil Marky is the owner of this company and starting with the estimate to the completion of the project he and his staff, Tyler, did an excellent job. Neil went above and beyond the service provided by installing larger piping, since my husband does some woodworking in the garage, because he wanted to make sure everything was safer. It takes a lot of piping to do this job and he made it look very neat and even hung brackets up so that we can use them for storing other things, if we want. He put insulation coverings over the pipes on the water heater to further increase efficiency. Neil even got all the permits for the job to be completed. He arranged for an electrician to come over and talked with the inspector after the installation. He and Tyler placed a lot of the piping in the attic to be vented outside of the house. The price he quoted me was accurate with a few changes since I wanted some additional piping and a new thermostat installed.
I am very impressed with the excellent job that Puget Sound Gas did on my house and would recommend his services to anyone. All of the workers who came to the house were very courteous and accommodating. I would definitely use him again. Thank you Neil, great job!!!"

"I have been with them for a long time, but I do not like the trend that I am seeing. Their coverage is starting to be less and less. They are quick, and they will respond. The quality of what they do is good, just getting them to do it is the problem. Its more out of pocket than it use to be. I didn't like last time, I had a repair done on an air conditioner. The out of pocket was much as when I had the entire air conditioner replace. I asked how much did they pay the contractor. I asked if I paid them, and they didn't. That set me off. That is how I felt. I can't confirm it, and it gave me a feeling there was something shady going on. It was them or their contractor's that didn't do something by board. What I am hearing around no one is any better."
