"Five yrs of living in this house, using a different company each yr for my HVAC annual service and each year no one could reduce the noise from my AC fan in the backyard or better say no one acknowledged that the noise level us just too high. So, we grew accustomed to it over the years and thought of the noise as a negative externality or as the price to pay to have a livable space during those hot summer days. Seatown technician, Brian, took extra time to fix the noise issue and at the end, I still paid the same original price that I was quoted. Also I should mention that Brian was on time and courteous of the property. Unlike other past services, Brian took photos of all the serial numbers and part numbers pertaining to the system I have and send them to me electronically in a PDF format, making it easy to use for future references. I am glad that my five year quest to find a knowledgable company with reasonable service fees has come to an end.
