The appointment for the inspection was scheduled within 2 business days, the installation was done, within the week.  Not only did these Professionals install the furnace, condenser and air conditioner. They completely redid the venting of the furnace and hot water heater, moved the electrical and water lines in a more efficient route, and built a pad for the air conditioner complete with pea gravel  and substantial pad.  In my 35 plus years of ownership I have never been so happy with a contractor.
