"I needed a gas pipe from old gas oven removed so new electric oven would fit in the space. It took him less than 10 minutes. He unscrewed pipe & put a cap on it. Nice neat work. He was very pleasant BUT it cost $200.00. That's after I begged to lower price. Repairs are so out of control costly. I'm on a very fixed budget"

"This was a gas line repair/replacement job. Jose arrived as scheduled and ready to go. I gave him a cash deposit at the time of project estimate to buy some materials. I expected to see someone with a gas sensor to trace down the leak and do all of that pro looking voodoo. Jose is not that guy. He knows what he's doing, how the job is supposed to look and what materials are needed to get it done. The price was OK, but I'm no judge of what is normal and I didn't get a competing bid. I was thinking about doing that, but after speaking to Jose, I got the sense that he took good workmanship seriously and i was not disappointed. The gas smell is gone, the new piping looks neat, well laid out and properly secured. Plus he helped me with a DIY range top install at no extra charge. I'll definitely hire So-Cal Plumbing and Rooter again."

He not only took care of the main issue he came in for, he checked all the other gas pipes and even fixed our water heater (when he found something was wrong with it) and measured the water gage and didn't even charge us extra! Their number is on our fridge for future calls and we gave their number to two friends too. Outstanding job!"

"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. "We smelled gas and suspect a gas leak from the meter and had a technician from SoCal Gas to come by to check it out. After the initial test, the technician said that we have a very small gas leak. We called around to find a reputable plumber. We also found Mike from All Service Plumbing but Mike missed our appointment by 4 hours. We call Albano next and was scheduled for an appointment the next day. The next day, right on time, Eric shows up at the door. Eric checked out our gas line but didn’t find any gas leak. Eric said that he doesn’t know what to charge us for because in reality, there isn’t any gas leak. I love seeing this honesty in a business because I hardly see this honesty policy anymore nowadays. I asked Eric what can I do to maintain the gas line better and Eric suggested to do an upgrade on the valves. I agreed and the rest is history. I like Eric’s personality, I trust his work, he is professional, humble, honest. I even get a call from Ben (at the office). The Albano staffs are professional and I like it.
