It was a 10 yr old deck that was rotting and deteriorating, and could not stand up to the constant use that came from my family being home all the time. I was nervous about starting such a large project at such an uncertain time. I contacted a handful of contractors to replace the 500+ sq Ft deck, and I am thankful that I ended up choosing Infinite Construction. Charlie Teer and his crews delivered on time, on budget and we could not be happier with the end result. Charlie handled the initial estimate, deck design and all communications himself. While the deck is a simply a large elevated rectangle, the project had some complexities - with neighbors, fence lines and an elevated air conditioning unit. Charlie incorporated some design changes - suggestions no other contractor came up with - that truly made a difference in the appearance of the deck. He and his crews handling of the air conditioning unit (again, another issue that no other contractor I spoke to knew how to handle) was smart, efficient and never required us to stop using the AC. When I met with contractors on this project, Charlie's quote was not the most expensive, nor was it the cheapest.
