"We’ve used Flatirons Plumbing several times now and they have always done a great job. Anthony came out to assess the issue we were having with a kitchen faucet. He was very respectful and pleasant. "I asked Rooter Guy to come out to get an estimate a install of a faucet we purchased. Jacob Smith was out the next morning 08:00 gave a very reasonable quote and Job was completed within the hour. I was very please with how Rooter Guy responded so quickly and the whole process of an estimate to job completed next morning. "Jay was able to come early which worked for us. He assessed the problem with the leaking valve, offered 2 solutions with clear pricing and clear reasoning as to why he recommended the slightly more expensive one (much less likely to fail in the future!). He accomplished the work quickly, showed me the completed work, and showed me why the other valve had failed, AND the area was clean and dry when he was done. Throughout the visit he was pleasant, polite and respectful. Will be happy to use this company again!!!"
