"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

When we discovered the rails that allow the table to extend and accommodate leaves had cracked (actually more like split along the grain), we went to the major retailer from whom we'd purchased the table and an extended warranty ... only to be told, "The warranty doesn't cover that."  So after  My Agile  Cousin Yancy 's blew us off, we sought out a couple of repair businesses on Angie's List.
Another offered an equally attractive price for the work but wanted to charge $115 per hour for pick-up and delivery. Heck, my mechanic doesn't charge that much to work on my car, and they're just driving. The Memory Mender was much more accommodating and reasonable.
He came out to our house to assess the damage, then gave us an estimate. He also worked hard to find quality parts economically, installed them professionally, and refinished the top so that it looks new again.
He and a helper picked up the table, he did the work, and the pair returned it to our home in about 10 days. We are LOVING it!

"Scott is a great person to work with. He listened to all of our requirements for our new deck to replace the old deck, did the design exactly as specified and handled submitting the design and obtaining the permit from the city. Throughout the permit process Scott handled getting inspections completed for each stage including the final approval. Our deck is a two level deck connected by a staircase. It included new footings and also other cement work around an adjacent hot tub. We went with the composite decking and couldn't be happier with the quality of the materials used not just for the decking but for the structure itself and the railings. "Wonderful. Another contractor had botched some of my work and left abruptly. James Ferguson of Class Act Carpentry stepped in and installed my siding, with a vapor barrier, new windows and trim with exceptional workmanship. Everything was level and straight and well placed. He communicated well with me. He worked quickly and efficiently and was on time every day. He kept my home clean of his materials. He did the interior trim(casement around the windows, trim around the windows and floor trim after flooring had been laid. All was caulked very nice and clean. Everything was straight and level. He explained what he was doing. The blinds measurement guy said how wonderful the casement of the windows job was in that every window was absolutely square and level and there were 10 windows. The building of the deck stairs is ongoing at the moment but I am sure I will equally pleased with that work."
