"They had dehumidifier the to stop water damage and help make for insurance claim for demolition . Most importantly they could not do any work until the did an asbestos test.Because it came back positive SO they could not do the demolition. They refer Thermotech to do the removal of the asbestos. And we now have a completely gutted to the sub floor."

He did a fantastic job repairing my living room ceiling which had been botched-up by another comany.  Unfortunately, I'd had a roof leak several years ago and had hired someone to repair it.  It looked just terrible and I thought I was just going to have to live with it.  When I saw the Big Deal on Angie's List, I thought, what have I got to loose? Maybe it can be fixed, and I took a chance. Mr Logan came out on a Saturday for me, took a look, saw what needed to be done to fix it, and just like magic, he made it happen.  I am so pleased.  I never dreamed it would look this good ever again!  Mr Logan is a gem!  He was kind, thoughtful, punctual, and professional.
