She was very knowledgeable & thorough as she assessed for any water damage especially in kitchen & bathroom ceilings & halls in my 4 story town home. She was very prompt with her appointment time; next day report of the air quality. I will extent her recommendations of insulation replacement to construction team.. "I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

She air-tested 3-4 major areas, pulled carpet, checked all sinks and toilets for leaks, even tested the screen porch carpet. I am anticipating the formal report this week, six days after the inspection. Incredibly, even though his livelihood is asbestos mitigation, he recommended I leave it alone (he said since there was so little asbestos, and the insulation tape was in good enough shape, it'd actually be worse to try and remove it). He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, and even though his advice meant that I wouldn't be hiring him, he has my recommendation for anyone who actually DOES have an asbestos problem.
