"Our A/C stopped functioning. They removed dust and debris from the coils in the 'inside' unit. They also cleaned the drainage hose that took condensation out. Unfortunately, they missed an overflow tray which filled up a few days later, overflowing above the ceiling of our living room. It soaked the plaster. We are still getting bids to fix it, but the bids are hovering in the ~$500-$700 range. VanderHyde was apologetic and fixed the problem promptly when notified, but the damage had been done. I think it was an honest oversight. But that oversight doubled the cost of the repair. I would still use them again.

Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! "Put in two Dead Bolt locks |Replaced a cabinet door |Put in a new Facet in the kitchen Sink |Replaced a towel rack |Removed and unplugged the upstairs sink...new drain. | |They did excellent work and did so quickly and at a fair price.  One small suggestion:  I would recommend that they take off wet shoes or wear covers on their shoes during the snow season and clean up a little better when the work is done.  I was very impressed with their work and would definitely recommend them (I already have).   I will use them again for future projects."
