"Four Seasons was very professional, informative, and responsive. Within 2 days of my tune up, they were back onsite to replace my old furnace (1983) and the motor in my other unit. The servicemen who installed the new furnace were respectful of my property. They made sure to remove the old unit and everything else, so my place pretty much looked like before the installation. They answered all of my questions and even provided me with information I didn't even know to ask about. On top of all that, they linked me with seamless financing that worked perfectly within my budget. Now I have a brand-new unit, a satisfied tenet, and heat that works much better than before. "TDH is an amazing company, and I would recommend them to everyone. We received quotes from 6 different companies to replace our systems, and TDH came in the second cheapest. However, they had much better reviews than the cheaper company, they were recommended by our next door neighbors who had just used them to replace their system, and they provided a better warranty than any of the six companies (12 years, parts and labor, fully transferrable, and no ability for the company to cancel or refuse warranty service for lack of routine cleaning or other conditions). They were also equally or more professional and thorough as any other company during the process of getting quotes. The installation process went well; they sent a team of four people who worked for almost 12 hours to get everything replaced in both systems. They were clean throughout the process (wore coverings over their shoes, laid down protection pads over all floors, kept all packaging materials outside and then cleaned them up, etc.). A few days after the install, on a Sunday, we had a particularly hot day, and it turned out that the freon needed to be adjusted slightly in one of the systems. I used the company's website to request a service technician to contact me, and I received a call back within 3 minutes from an actual technician. He told me that he could be to my house in 2 hours, which he achieved. I was amazed! The website request form is for anyone, not just someone who had a system installed in the last couple weeks, so I am so excited to have that kind of post-installation support available for the next 12 years. I really can't say enough good things about this company."

"    I purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" on 3/25/2015 for a complete air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning from Veteran Air Cleaning Services, LLC.  I made phone contact with the owner Joshua Zajac and set up a cleaning date for 3/31/2015 between 12-2PM. I received a confirming phone call the day before and a phone call from Karl that he would arrive about 12:15PM.  Karl, (co-owner), and Nick arrived precisely at 12:15 PM.  They began inspecting my 16 supply and 6 return outlets, taking photos of the interior ducts. They also inspected my forced air furnace and filter.  After all this they came to the conclusion that I did not need a complete air duct cleaning at this time. They did make a recommendation that I use a RED HEPA air filter, instead of the BLUE, I was using, because the blue was more dense and restricted air flow, causing the blower motor to work harder and could cause a motor failure sooner.  Also, they said I did not need a dryer vent cleaning after taking photos inside the vent.
     To say the least, I was blown away by their honesty!!  They could have proceeded to "clean" my air ducts for 2-3 hours and I would not have been the wiser.  These 2 "GENTLEMEN" are a credit to their profession!  I wish all of our contacts with the professional trade were so good.  This company goes to the top of my list for any future needs in their field of expertise.

"The installation was done when promised and completed on time at an excellent price. I needed to call the installers out to take care of 3 issues that I found when checking the installation. This was done in a timely manner. Overall I am pleased with the new system although I have not had an opportunity to really test the A/C yet as the weather turn cool and it has not been needed."

"Jason differs from most HVAC people in that he actually THINKS about your problem and the best and most economical way to solve it. Jason and his team fixed and sealed my duct work so that air flow increased and a booster fan was no longer needed. He removed return duct that was dangerous (too near a gas water heater for code), and figured out a place to add return air (on the stairs leading down to the basement and far from the water heater) without having to rip up my floors or do plaster work (as proposed by others). He also replaced my over-sized (and therefore inefficient) system with a properly sized one. While others tried to take advantage of me since my heat was out, Jason solved problems that others had failed to solve for years."

"I had received an Angie's list deal for air duct cleaning from this company. Technician was pleasant but did not speak English so any of our questions about the procedure were not able to be answered. He set up the system which included a large containment unit that was attached to the furnace. The technician took his time and appeared to know his job and the whole procedure took 4 /12 hours. Unfortunately, something happened in the basement, not sure what, but the entire basement was enveloped in a cloud of dust. Every surface is coated with a fine layer of black dust. We will have to wash or wipe down EVERYTHING. All the furniture will have to be cleaned. For this I'm giving a lower review grade."
