"In a pinch last night and in cold weather, my newer furnace was suddenly not functional so I was forced to reach out to Doty after hours. Clayton answered my call and patiently walked me through multiple steps to correct the issue. With newborn babies in the home, the loss of heat required urgent attention and Clayton exceeded my expectations. Although this newer equipment in a newer home was installed by another local HVAC company, I knew Doty from previous experience living in the area and was confident superior service would be provided.
