He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "For the past two years our central AC seemed to be having problems cooling down the house. I had one company come out last summer and check for leaks and the Freon was low so they added some Freon but didn't investigate the leak. The air-conditioner worked well for a couple months and then it started freezing up again. So, I contacted Gnoth and Naragon to come out and take a look at the system that they had installed back in 2006. Ken, our technician, noticed that the King valves were not back seated properly. So he back seated the King valves and pressure tested the system with nitrogen at 425 PSI. Ken then added 1 pound of Freon to the system to get us up to normal operating levels. Everything seems to be working great! Gnoth and Naragon are very knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done!
