"Rudolf and his assistant provided amazing service. I called to request service and Rudolf scheduled a visit the same day. He spent time looking at the water damage and provided an estimate. After agreeing to costs, he came the next day and started the work. Rudolf and his assistant showed up at 9 am and worked most of the day. Because initial work was done on Saturday, no work was done on Sunday, but repair work was completed on Monday. All work was completed within budget, no surprises, and work quality was excellent."
