"We had a fantastic experience with BKG Design (North Hills Location). Our kitchen designer, Noelle, came up with a great design given the small size of our kitchen that was right in line with our expectations. Throughout the entire process she was there to give design tips and help us create the modern look we were envisioning. Given the age of our previous kitchen we needed a fair amount of work done including demo, electrical, plumbing, and some floor work on top of the new cabinets and countertops. What I loved about Noelle and BKG was there was never any pressure or upselling along the way. All of our options were laid out to us from least expensive to most expensive and any part of the project that we wanted to do ourselves or hire an outside contractor for they were happy to accomodate. We ended up choosing BKG for the entire remodel and I am so happy that we did. Noelle did a fantastic job of project management as the entire remodel fell exactly to plan from both a time and cost perspective. Noelle would check in frequently to make sure we were aware of what was next to come, any upcoming decisions we had to make, and clarify items if there was any potential for confusion. In addition to project management, the install itself went very smoothly and that was thanks to the wonderful installers, Bill and Chris. Given that I work from home I was able to witness their work each day and I have nothing but praise for everything that they did. They showed up on time every single day and did not skip a beat from the moment they walked through the door. They were always quick to answer any questions I had and even go so far as to explain how things are done or provide advice as I like to learn a bit myself. Their knowledge of what they were doing was very apparent and impressive and it shows in the final product. If you want a kitchen remodel that is managed properly, stays true to cost estimates, and has a finished product that aligns with your expectations, look no further. "We recently bought a new house, and needed a few smaller repairs done, along with a huge privacy fence installed for our dogs. Aaronson Repairs was very prompt with their response to our inquiry. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well so I always knew what to expect. The small repairs were completed almost immediately, and the fence was completed as soon as the material came in. The guys who came worked really hard, and the fence was complete ahead of schedule. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work. We got wood fencing along the sides of our yard, and aluminum fencing along the back. It looks better than I could have imagined. They were even thoughtful enough to ask whether our dogs were diggers, and helped to reinforce the bottoms of the fence. We will be calling for our next renovation project, and would highly recommend them to others."

"Jim (owner) and Chris are both polite and professional.  I did have to wait sometime from first contacting them to finally get an estimate, but their were extenuating circumstances going on from what I understand.  We ultimately went with another company due to price differences, but I would certainly recommend contacting Home Crafters.  Ask for Jim or Chris.

"The entire process went smoothly. John was very professional during the quotation process. I was unsure of exactly what I wanted and John guided me through the process. I did end up using the Trex Transcend Tropical Spiced Rum deck which is the top of the line of Trex material. I went with the all black Trabscend railing system. My deck is quite large and includes an octagonal eating area, a walkway and a large rectangular deck. I copied my old deck footprint which we love. I also added a full Trex skirting to the deck as well. Bottom line, it's a big deck! Demolishing the old deck went well. They worked almost a week in building the footings and substructure of the deck. It is twice as large as our old deck. Memorial Day weekend came and went and they finished the deck and railing. They cleaned up every day and left nothing for us to pickup. Nothing. There was no smokers and not one butt was to be found. As we near retirement, I wanted a maintenance free deck that looks good. We are greatly pleased with the Trex product and John and his crew craftmanship. I am very pleased with The Construction Factory's craftmanship, work effort and courteous professionalism. Based on my experience I highly recommend them

"Extensive prep work with peeling white paint on top of dark wood, needed to be sanded extensively.  Ceiling work, patchng, careful trim work on ceilings and panels, polyurethane built in china cabinets and banister. Excellent work on ceilings, walls and trim. They were responsive when a test area showed color we chose was not what we wnated and we were able to choose another color before a large room was painated.  Be sure to specify that both sides of door frames are to be painted. They were very responsive when we noted polyurethane drips on a painted wall and Dan came on a Saturday to fix it. Work done included ceilings, walls, baseboards, trim, doorways for a large living room, dining room, 2 breezeways, stairway to second floor with banister and spindles and second floor hallway. Took 3 weeks to complete. Pay attention to detail."

"Came to my residence, took measurements, contacted a metal fabricator to who also came to my residence to review the work needed ,made the door from aluminum and installed it. O'Dell contracting called me to follow up and tell me when job would be completed.This is a reliable contractor who kept in contact to let me know the date it would be installed. After the job was completed he contacted me to ask if the work was satisfactory.I would recommend this contractor for any home remodeling.He is to be graded as an A-1 Contractor."
