"4/5! They are top-notch on their hired work. We had a major drainage problem and they did some amazing work getting it repaired. Their fees are up there, $110 to remove the shower arm and replace the silicon tape on a showerhead that was dripping was excessive. My primary issue comes to the way they use their checkup services. They review everything and anything they find they give you a quote on without providing a severity or criticality list. Thousands to repair, but is it needed? I continue to use them but am cautious about them coming out on checkups."

They showed up in the morning at 7:15 sharp with 4 well-equipped gentlemen and left 3 hours later with my two brand new York HVAC units completely installed, floors were left clean, everything was absolutely impressive! "I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."
