He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"It worked out okay, except that I would have anticipated, the cost just gets more. They always find those things, so it starts at $99 and end up spending $300 or $400. People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. "There was contact from them prior to the appointment and the guys called within 30 minutes when they were to arrive. They replaced our boiler in one day and the second day was to install a Modean heater in basement. The guys were great, very knowledgeable, cleaned up the space very well, and took away the old boiler. The only hiccup was they received an incorrect part for the outdoor sensor; they needed to come back to install it. I was disappointed only when I had to call 10 days later to see when they could come back and put it in. The part must have arrived, because they scheduled us right away (to be installed in a few days). No clue as to why we weren't called when the part arrived to finish the job, but I would still recommend them."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"After having several handyman in and they all giving me their opinion shyed away from the job. I was getting frustrated. Called Aaron and he came over right away and saw what I needed to have done. He was positive, knew what he was talking about and was eager to help me out. I liked him from the very start. He told us what he would do. Rip the sub floor up and put new tiles down. Install the proper baseboard. Rebuild the half wall in the shower to check for leaks and seal it better. Repair the bathroom vent, Paint the whole room. Removed the vanity, toilet ( found the wrong gasket installed under the bowl and fixed it. )Tightened up fixtures and brackets. And so many other things. He would explain everything he was doing or was going to do. Very smart and knowledgable. He was clean and never left a mess. He was prompt and stayed on the job until completion. We asked him for references and he gave us five. I called two and was rest assured that he was the man for the job. We had to wait several months for him to get to the job but the bathroom was functional so that didn,t bother us. The old story, " good things are worth waiting for was true in this case. My wife was extremely happy with the job. We were so lucky to have Aaron work for us. I will always call him first for my next projects."
