"Juan’s knowledge and experience was obvious the first day I met him. While discussing my plan he made several suggestions that improved on the original plan. Juan relocated my laundry room including utility sink, installed a powder room. He also installed a base pump (powerless sump pump) and replaced my 16-year-old water heater.
