"Coast to Coast Heating and Air has, by far, the most professional team of experts that made the whole process comfortable and easy to understand. We had a total of 8 different companies over a 10 day period that provided us with estimates on several brands of heat pump air conditioners, including Trane, Carrier, Daiken, Lennox, Rheem, Bosch, and Tempstar. Kamil, at Coast to Coast was our last estimate that we received. When they arrived at our home, they did an extensive analysis of our current system including our ductwork, and when they were completed they took about a half hour to write up details about what was recommended. It was the most detail-oriented document that we received out of all estimates. That alone is what set them apart from all their competitors. It is what made us feel the most comfortable with choosing them to do our install. Hats off to their installers, Nico, Anthony, and James for their outstanding, professional installation that was done. They arrived at our home very early in the morning and completed everything ( Heat Pump/Air Handler replacement, and ductwork mods ) that day. They also did a great job cleaning up when the job was finished. This was the most professional install for anything I have ever witnessed. We also need to mention the back office support of this company is outstanding. Faith is taking care of registering the system for us, and also is taking care of the Duke Energy rebate for us, which is very helpful. Coast to Coast Heating and Air is top-notch and highly recommended!"

"First visit restored functionality of the heating unit but left some necessary work for a second visit. The techs were a no-show for the second visit. When I called to follow up, I was advised they were trapped on another job site and couldn't meet the appointment, so we had to reschedule. The tech showed up as scheduled on the next appointment, and completed all the work he could do but had to schedule a third appointment to finish the work because he didn't have the materials with him to do so. It is important to note that my unit worked fine after the first service call, so all this follow-on work comprised testing the unit to determine why it failed in the first place (i.e., locate a probable freon leak), seal some leaking ductwork, installing an ionizer and replacing the lead line/filter between the compressor and the coil. Summary: knowledgeable and capable staff, pleasant people to deal with, reasonable pricing. However, they do not perform comprehensive assessments and work plans, so the whole repair/replace process can drag out into several visits.
