"Things went great. I called to check out about getting them to come out to replace my outdoor faucet and they told me they could come out the same day. I wasn't expecting that but it was great. They came out, took a look at things and knew exactly what needed to be done. I already had an idea because my father had taken a look but it was more than he wanted to get into. So, the gentleman explained what he would need to do and also asked if I wanted to have a secondary part of it fixed (no shut-off valve, which should be installed for an external faucet) of which I said yes because I had already wanted to have that done. They were done within about an hour max. From the time I called to them coming out it was no more than 2-3 hours. Super friendly and professional. I was so impressed I came on here to write a review."

He was over-the-top thorough and comprehensive in inpecting oil furnace, provided detailed and comprehensive information on options, was honest and candid in his assessment. Told me what was necessary and what was optional, not trying to sell me on what he wanted to sell. He also had excellent pricing. Bottomline, he is one of the best contractors I've ever met."

"I called James to fix a sound problem on my laptop that my husband was unable to resolve. He came to my office and not only fixed that issue, but several others that he found.  Additionally, on a subsequent day, I was unable to print anything, called James, and he remotely fixed the issue.
I am VERY thankful that I found North Alabama Technical Services! James is professional and personable in addition to being extremely knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff, and I highly recommend him. Why waste time and energy trying to fix things yourself and add to your problems when you can have someone like James actually fix it quickly and the right way the first time? "I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Tara at RPB HVAC. She called me soon after I placed my request on Home Advisor and walked me through everything and was also available after typical business hours. This was great since I'm typically not out of work until after 5:30 pm. She communicated with me every step of the way, either by e-mail or phone, and explained the costs before any work. I think we spoke on a Wednesday and they were out on Friday morning (due to my tenants' preference) and had already replaced the aging water heater by Saturday morning. I was very pleased with their customer service and prices. I will definitely hire them again in the future."
