"I called Steve on a Monday afternoon at 1:30pm and they came out to my house the same day (Steve and his son, Tyler) at 4:30pm. We currently have an oil furnace with a gas insert. My gas bill with UGI seemed to be double of what it was prior to a fix that someone did for us back in Oct 2015. Steve came out and said the thermostat was not set correctly and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and we will be using him again when we replace our gas furnace. Thanks Steve & Tyler!"

"The quality of work and attention to detail was far above any company we've used before. Their prices were the best out of all the quotes we received. Also, the owner George took the time to break down everything he was doing for me. It was refreshing to be treated as an equal to my husband. Too often when we work with a company I feel like they only care about speaking to the "man of the house." There wasn't an ounce of that or any other toxic behavior here. I was at ease having them in my house when I was alone with my kids. We have had zero issues with our boiler since the install. The job was completed promptly, but with great care. Everyone showed up when expected. No cases of waiting around for hours (or days) after we were told work would be done. "We hired Integrity HVAC to install a new Bosch central air system in our 1950s ranch style home. Our house had no infrastructure for A/C to speak of but the technicians were in and out in less than three work days - full duct system and everything. The techs were very professional and respectful of our home. They were minimally invasive and answered every question we had happily and thoroughly. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Tom came to my house, masked (due to COVID19) and sold me the window.His price was very reasonable and within the realms of other quotations I had received. The time frame he set for the installation was within days of the actual work being done. His workmen were fast, (window was installed in 2 hrs!) extremely courteous, and Clean!!!! "They arrived on time. Responded with 3 personnel. They removed the old freon immediately and removed the outside and inside unit. It was hot and humid, but they did not complain. The attic is no place for a human in this heat. They prepared the site for the new air handler, installed it quickly and had the system up and cooling in no time.
A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
I use and would use UGI for all my heating, cooling needs, they are excellent.

"the service went very well. I was disappointed that he didn't move the dryer out and cleaned where the vent entered the dryer. I guess not too many vendors do that anymore. The cleaning from the outside did make the clothes dry faster.
