"Steve, Tyler, and Mason were a huge help. When my furnace failed, I tried cold calling and he was at our door an hour later from the job he was at. He installed a new capacitor within an hour and was on his way. A few hours later, the furnace stopped working again, but he came back the next day and installed a new blower motor. Each visit was quick, courteous, and professional, and also provided reasoning, direction, and maintenance tips. Very happy with their work, will be calling again for HVAC inspection in the fall."

Also, the owner George took the time to break down everything he was doing for me. It was refreshing to be treated as an equal to my husband. Too often when we work with a company I feel like they only care about speaking to the "man of the house." There wasn't an ounce of that or any other toxic behavior here. I was at ease having them in my house when I was alone with my kids. We have had zero issues with our boiler since the install. The job was completed promptly, but with great care. "Integrity HVAC installed a Bosch 2.0 heat pump and 96% efficient gas furnace. The system is quite complex since it automatically switches between heat pump and gas furnace depending on the outdoor temperature. This system is replacing a 25+ year old gas furnace and central A/C. The install took two days, but they set us up with heat within the first few hours, so we really had heat during the entire install. There were some issues that had to be resolved, but the technician, Dylon, worked thru each problem and solved each issue in an efficient manner. The install is very professional, piping is straight and bends are precise. This review is 1 day after the install, and I am still constantly checking the system for proper operation. and it has functioned flawlessly, when the outdoor temperature is high enough the heat pump controls the heat and when the outdoor temperature drops the gas furnace controls the temperature. The system is working as it should, maintaining the set temperature without any thought or action from me. I can't wait to see how much this new system saves me on my energy bills. One other thing I should mention, the system is so quiet that you really need to be close to either the indoor or outdoor unit to tell if it's running."

"The first guy needed a part. The second guy came with the part, fixed it and tested to make sure it was working correctly. He seemed very competent and explained what he did. The cost was fair and better than other providers. He cleaned up when he was done. He also explained the various maintenance contracts."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Working with Tom and James, Brian, Nick, and Tom was a pleasure! Tom came to my house, masked (due to COVID19) and sold me the window.His price was very reasonable and within the realms of other quotations I had received. The time frame he set for the installation was within days of the actual work being done. His workmen were fast, (window was installed in 2 hrs!) extremely courteous, and Clean!!!! I am VERY pleased with my new window! I would Highly recommend this company."

"They arrived on time. Responded with 3 personnel. They removed the old freon immediately and removed the outside and inside unit. It was hot and humid, but they did not complain. The attic is no place for a human in this heat. They prepared the site for the new air handler, installed it quickly and had the system up and cooling in no time.
A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
I use and would use UGI for all my heating, cooling needs, they are excellent.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
