"The house was a bit of a challenges because there were multiple woods (oak, maple, and pine). Getting a stain to match across all these woods wasn't easy. We were also between a few colors, so it was hard to decide. Anh was very accommodating and gave us samples from the workshop as a starting point. We got a shortlist from that, which he then put as samples on the floor so we could really see what it would look like. We made lots of iterations which he was happy to do. The crew finished the work in less than a week. They were prompt and available when promised. Every day they cleaned up their work. In short, we're very happy with the results. Anh was also one of the more reasonable quotes from the list of 4 that we received (his quote was clear/concise and prompt). He was also a referral from a friend, so that made our choice even easier."

The two floor installers arrived on time, they were very polite, stayed on task and did an EXCELLENT job!!  Their attention to detail is commendable.  They cut everything to fit perfectly to the molding and around pipes. Their fine workmanship came through in everything they did; it really showed how much they cared about the job they were doing. "Bill and his staff were amazing. We had the unfortunate experience with another contractor who took our deposit and did a horrible job. I contacted Bill to come in and fix it. He proposed a two phase option due to the furniture inside where they did one part of the condo first then the other part after. At the last minute we had our hot water tank go and needed to be replaced. This created a schedule conflict with the floors. Bill was quick to offer a solution and work with me. He was not only able to accommodate us but most have had a customer move their appointment around to keep our project within a two week window. He came with samples and didn’t require a deposit until I was satisfied. Never have a heard of that and the amount of work and workers he has a lot to lose. He was fantastic with communication, respectful of the building and all the rules and worked diligently and on time. Project was completed within the time they told me it would be. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUPERIOR EPOXY FLOORING. Bill and crew created a beautiful floor and helped me get out of the nightmare we were in with the past contractor."
