"Shawn performed the annual heating inspection for our furnace/oil tank. As always he was very quick, and took extra time to walk me through the piping of our different heating zone. Highly recommend Genove Oil, they are providing stellar service and with employees like Shawn you are in very good hands."

"Replacement of 2 heating and a/c systems. Went very well. Professional, courteous, and thoughtful."

"Great experience Justin, Nate & Timothy were awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional & curious. Aside from the cleanliness they delivered an experience. I highly recommend HL bowman if you want rapid service on your HVAC. Pricing was reasonable in my opinion & financing is an option. Keep in mind when seeking quotes for your HVAC repair/ new install you must consider performance over equipment, that is if your want a good system that will have a good run/life span."

"He was timely, professional and responsive. He clearly knows the technical aspects of the trade and provided us with a lot of information about the equipment he would be installing and how it would work with our existing ductwork.  We did not care for his sales approach because he tried to sell us on things we did not ask for and did not need.  He tried to sell us on a humidifier for the system which we really don't need because we live right by the ocean where it is quite humid year round, even in the winter. Adding humidity to our house could cause problems with mildew or mold.   He also tried to sell us on replacing our hot water tank for a more efficient model even though ours is only 5 years old.  We got the feeling that he was trying to pack as much sales onto the heat loan program without really thinking about the customer's specific situation, and that put off me and my husband from wanting to work with him.  At the end of his sales presentation he decided on the spot he would give us an unspecified discount.  We did not like this high pressure sales tactic.  We had not received other quotes yet so we declined to decide on the spot.  He emailed us a couple days later offering a 10% discount if we decided by a certain date a couple days later.  We decided to wait beyond that date so we could get more bids.
Joe's quote was $2000 higher than a quote from another installer who has equally good reviews on Angies list.  Both quotes were to install the same equipment, however the second installer included the cost of converting two unused ducts into returns and installing a pass though in a ceiling to help balance our system.  I shared this information with Joe, and he responded by saying he would beat their price by $100.  It goes to show that it pays to shop around.
As Airco's good reviews on Angies list attest and my interactions with him, I am sure they would do quality work, but my husband and I were totally put off by his sales and pricing approach and did not want to work with the company as a result.

"We had a great experience having our heat pumps installed by the Total Comfort team! From the beginning, they were responsive and easy to work with, and they were able to schedule our project within a few weeks. The work was completed within a week from the project start date, and the heat pumps have been working great for heating and cooling."

"I've used this company for a few years, beginning with an issue I had where I needed some emergency assistance with an a/c system leaking water into the house. They fixed the issue and it cost far less than I thought it would. I've also used them for a couple heating repairs, annual furnace cleaning and a/c maintenance. I am about to hire them again since the a/c system is dying and it will need replacement since it's more than 20 years old. I would highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort to anyone in need of a good HVAC/Heating company."

"After initial installation , system failures required replacing defective heat pump."

"We've used Atlantic Heating & AC for many years and wouldn't consider any other company. Atlantic is extremely responsive, priced reasonably, and they always do a great job. We've never once had to call them back to resolve any issues associated with their work, and they've done a lot of work over for us over the last 9 years. Recently, our water heater died very suddenly; I came home from my office and water was leaking out of the water heater onto the basement floor. Within minutes, their service manager was guiding me over the phone regarding which valves to turn off etc. and he had me take a few pics to send to him. The very next day, a serviceman was at our house installing a brand new, much better water heater than the house had come with, and we haven't had an issue yet, and this was several months ago. I'm a Realtor and Atlantic has bailed my seller clients out of HVAC issues on a moment's notice, so I will always be grateful for the excellent sales and service that we receive thanks to Atlantic Heating and AC."

"I found Chambers Heating and AC thru Angie's list and Stephen reached out to me the same day. We set up an appointment and Kevin came out the very next day. Kevin showed up on time and fixed our issues right away. He was kind and professional. He also gave me some tips to keep my system in tip-top shape. The price was very fair and they have gained my business. I will hire them again for future repairs and maintenance."

"I did everything I can to clear the blockage in my kitchen sink drain but it is totally blocked. I called Milltown Plumbing in the morning and they expected to send someone over later the day or the next day depends on how quick they can finish other works. They keep me updated when they can send someone over on the same day. Pedro came and fixed the blockage in no time with no mess. He is professional, kind and considerate. I'd rate their service 6 stars if it exists."
