"Service technician was prompt and courteous and fixes the unit in less than 30 minutes. He also explained how I could fix it in the future."

"Great. They were very fast and punctual. Fixed the problem quickly. Very fair price to replace a AC compaciator for $170 and they checked/cleaned the system as well. I would recommend anyone in the Newalla area to use this company."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The water heater was working intermittently and the tech troubleshooter the issue correctly, order parts for warranty service and resolved issue when parts arrived in a timely manner. Will used them for all plumbing and hvac issues in the future! Excellent service!"

"This is probably my 10th Heat & Air company we've called in the last 2 years and I'm so excited that I've finally found THE ONE. He came out quickly, and believe it or not, diagnosed the problem and even discovered that I could have it fixed for free. It would have been easy for him to charge me for the repair (and I would have paid in a heart beat) but to go that extra step to try to save me $500.00...well you just don't find honest men like this anymore. Call this company. You won't be disappointed."

"Excellent, responsive service start to finish! Ductwork issues and plumbing both handled efficiently, professionally and affordably. When the leak was discovered during the ductwork repairs he documented it with photos, explained clearly what additional work was needed, addressed it immediately and documented the repair for us. Absolutely 10/10 - HIGHLY recommend!!"

"They've always been professional.  I've been happy with their work in the past.  I feel that their prices were reasonable.  I'd give them all "A's" across the board.  They service it yearly and it's been fine."

"Ben came out same day I called (a few months ago) and tested everything. Turns out my unit just needed cleaned and some TLC on the condenser. Ben refused to charge me since I only needed education on maintenance. Trustworthy and passionate about what he does!"
