Although the issue wasn't able to be fixed straight away due to parts having to be ordered, he provided a temporary solution that was satisfactory until parts arrived. "My experience with them went okay. I really like the repairman, but their receptionist isn't very nice. Other than that, they did a good job. After some of the work was done, we were waiting on getting the air conditioning fixed and that repairman took a long time to get here. When he got here, he didn't know what to do and didn't have the part on him that we needed that whole time. Then the repairman said what we thought was the problem wasn't the problem. I ended up calling another company and they got it running in 30 minutes. They guy who did the initial electrical work was good. I might use them again if they got a different office worker."
